Our Process


Before your start date, we’ll ask you to gather your site content–copy, photos, logos, brand identity guidelines, etc. so it's all ready to go or we work on that one, before we start.


Before embarking on a design project, it's important for us to get to know you and what do you expect. We'll send a questionnaire for you to fill out.


In this stage, we start building your live website. We'll also show you how to navigate your site dashboard and update your site.


It's time to celebrate the launch of your new website! You'll have access to us via email for tech support for a two months after your launch date. If you need further help, updates, or maintenance, you can book a retainer package or pay for support on an hourly basis.
